With a new leadership team in place we’re investing in our services to transform the way they are delivered.

Guided by our four year strategy, we’ve been developing and expanding the range of support, care and treatment we offer to people across North Wales.

This includes establishing new exciting roles in our community and inpatient teams and a clear pathway for staff to continue to learn and progress throughout their career.

Striving for excellence

Underpinning all of our work is a commitment to deliver safe, compassionate and effective care, which is delivered in a timely way to support people to recovery.

A growing number of our inpatient and community mental health and learning disability services have been accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, demonstrating our commitment to working to the highest national standards.

Supporting your professional development

Our Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Division offers a supportive environment for continued professional development and we have excellent opportunities for career progression through our Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Consultant Nurse roles.
